Psychotherapy

In an increasingly alienating society with heavy social, economic and ecological demands, our lives can sometimes feel overwhelming. This can result in exhaustion, for reasons that are difficult to identify. This depletion can take different forms: lack of motivation, constant pessimism, or even a fatigue that is social (relationship problems, loneliness, lack of self-confidence), professional (discomfort at work) or spiritual (anxiety, loss of sense) in nature.

Psychotherapy not only allows us to put the source of this exhaustion in perspective, but also explores the tools we can cultivate to better understand our symptoms and live our daily lives with more serenity.

The therapy that I offer is based in particular on Freudian, Lacanian and Jungian methods, grounded in an exploration of the unconscious. My practice is enriched by methods coming from positive and humanistic psychology, allowing a proactive approach in order to achieve short-term relief. I will not specifically encourage you to practice any specific behaviour, as a coach would, as the type of therapy I practice uses the exploration of your inner resources.

Thank you for your message,

I will answer quickly.
